Abstract: Moral Realism, or Objective Morality, is the view that there are facts of the matter about which actions are right and which are wrong. It just means there are moral statements that accurately and actually describe the world. There is a lot of reason to believe in moral realism. Most philosophers believe morality is objective for a reason. This paper will be an explication of arguments for moral realism and a response to objections. I will state and defend each argument. I hope this gives clear insight into why moral realism is true.
